Last Monday, I set a goal to exercise at least twice.
May not seem very difficult to many, but between a full five-course load, commuting, club meetings and working at a part-time job, getting myself to exercise during the school term is pretty difficult, and this week was just that.
I strongly believe in starting each new year with a positive attitude and optimistic outlook. We all have things that we want to improve and work on, and at the beginning of each year, anything seems possible. The problem with “New Year Resolutions” are that, let’s face it, not many people have the attention-span to be consistent with them throughout the entire 365 days.
