At a loss for what to eat this week? Here are two healthy meals that I’ve prepared recently – simple, easy to make and so yummy!
Breakfast: vanilla greek yogurt with sliced apple, banana, frozen blueberries (great for when you don’t have fresh ones on hand), granola and orange pekoe tea
Dinner: salmon steak (with lemon, italian herbs, salt and pepper) and steamed broccoli (with chilli flakes, salt and pepper)
